Ruth Wallace and David Magnan of CFORuth & Associates supported Sanovia Corporation, a provider of clinical decision support software, in preparing for and executing a merger transaction. In order to maximize Sanovia’s strategic position, we led the following efforts:

  • Developed and consolidated 4 various releases of software to one new enhanced platform.

  • Created presentation materials, evaluated indicated levels of interest, conducted and performed due diligence.

  • Prepared financial modeling and projected results of synergies and combined operations.

The Results

Sanovia was able to improve and grow their business while developing and structuring a transaction. Sanovia selected the right partner and successfully integrated with Health Information Design, after evaluating many opportunities and avoiding a situation whereby tax issues were identified during the due diligence process.
