Ruth Wallace
Ruth Wallace has been leading business transformation and performance improvement as an executive for over 20 years. She has served in capacities including CFO, COO and CEO/President, for companies ranging from $2MM to $250MM in annual revenues and has provided services to companies whose annual revenues exceed $10B. Ruth led the successful turn-around and sale of Medical Staffing Network and Sterling Healthcare, after each emerged from bankruptcy proceedings. She and her team also consolidated and upgraded four versions of Sanovia’s SaaS product, enabling the company’s successful merger with Health Information Design. Ruth has extensive experience delivering improved and profitable results, driving capital and financial transactions and managing investor and banking relationships.
Ruth’s work encompasses many areas of business including: technology, healthcare, workforce solutions, manufacturing, and service industries. She is a certified public accountant and participates in many local and national organizations supporting both the business community and non-profit organizations.

David Magnan's management career spans a range of healthcare, insurance and technology companies. David is CEO of Magnan Technologies and has held leadership positions at Silverlink Inc, as SVP of Professional services, Sanovia as CIO, MedVentive Inc., as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer, Fidelity Investments, Pega Systems, Atrius Health and PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP.
Ruth asked David to join Sanovia as CIO, and his services contributed greatly to the success of Sanovia's sale transaction. He has consulted with leading technology and services firms on business delivery, operations and service principles across the country. David specializes in technology start ups and works closely with the venture capital community providing management consulting services for their portfolio companies. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
Ellen DelGreco
Ellen DelGreco has been working within the information technology field for over 20 years. She began her career at IBM in Armonk, NY and has since held various positions across several industries. During her time, she has held a number of leadership positions within IT Infrastructure working as a Business Analyst, IT Helpdesk Support Manager, Trainer, and Project Manager. She has since built a successful career managing small-to-large scale IT Infrastructure projects which expanded to business operations enhancements. Ellen uses her depth of experience and foresight to proactively and strategically address and successfully meet each customer’s strategic goals. She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, dedication, teamwork, and creative service in every detail of the work performed.
Rubi Gemmell
Rubi Gemmell, President of InterarchyIQ, LLC, specializes in guiding her clients as they tackle change and improve processes and systems. With roots as a technologist and CEO of a software development company, Rubi noted that her clients’ solutions often were not complete via technology alone. This began her passionate quest to provide meaningful, lasting resolution to organizational issues. She focuses on creating a holistic overview of her clients’ organizations so that leadership can think and act strategically.

Tyler Wallace specializes in Business Transaction Support, Data Analytics, and Key Performance Indicators.
Prior to joining CFORuth and Associates, he was an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecom group at Deutsche Bank where he supported over $6 billion in mergers & acquisitions for clients in digital media, entertainment, and wireless telecom infrastructure. He also led the successful IPO of Eros International (NYSE:EROS) and contributed to multiple debt financing transactions.
Tyler also has experience in business intelligence and analytics. He developed a hospital operating room scorecard while working at Syús, a healthcare analytics startup in Nashville, TN. He was also a member of the Actuarial Professional Development Program at Humana where he created analytics tools to gain insights from patient illness trends.
